职责描述:
负责根据学员的需求为学员设计课程及学习计划，保持与顾客的良好沟通与联系，并且完成既定的销售目标。
具体工作为：
1.接听客户的咨询电话，接待客户来访，并进行跟进;
2.为现场咨询的顾客提供课程咨询服务，解答与公司及课程相关的疑问，根据客户需求为客户定制课程;
3.承担并负责完成上级主管交付的销售目标任务;
4.负责课程产品的报价及合同签署;
5.按时准确的完成销售报表及系统录入;
6.保管和整理销售档案，保证档案的准确性和完整性;
7.参加中心和总部的各种培训、营促销活动及学校会议等;
8.与团队分享成功经验，展示高水平的团队合作，享受工作带来的乐趣。
职位要求:
1.大学专科及以上学历，热爱教育培训行业;
2.一年以上销售工作经验，具有同行业工作经验者为佳;
3.标准普通话, 形象气质佳, 思维敏捷，良好的中英文沟通能力;
4.能承受工作压力，工作积极主动，责任心强，极度渴望成功;
